1. What we provide
The Protocol, a trading name of Block Media Agency LLC ("we," "us," "our"), provides digital coaching and educational programs and services. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill any physical or consumable product of any kind. Payment is arranged after a consultation: we send you a secure payment link, and your card statement shows THE PROTOCOL. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our coaching and educational services.
2. Coaching programs and sessions
- Before your program begins: If you cancel before your first scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund.
- After your program begins: If you have started a multi-session coaching program, you may cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund for any sessions not yet delivered.
- Satisfaction window: If you are not satisfied after your first session, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a refund.
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice at no charge.
3. Written protocols and educational materials
- Included with coaching: Your written protocol and any educational materials are delivered as part of your coaching engagement, not as a separate physical or digital product for sale.
- Before delivery: If you cancel before your written protocol has been delivered to you, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid for it.
- After delivery: Because a written protocol is personalized and yours to keep, it is generally non-refundable once delivered. We still review every request individually and in good faith.
4. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email us at hello@theprotocol.agency with your name, the email used at purchase, and a short note about your request. We aim to respond within two business days.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at hello@theprotocol.agency. We will always try to resolve the issue directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay a resolution that we are usually able to provide right away.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
